Performance Program: Provides strength and conditioning training for athletes, from amateurs to professionals.
Active for Life Program: Offers small group and 1-on-1 personal training services tailored for adults seeking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Recovery Program: Delivers advanced physical recovery solutions for both athletes and the general public.

Performance Program: Tailored for athletes ranging from amateur to professional levels, this program offers strength and conditioning training. The "PPRx Performance Program" is divided into three subgroups:

  • Fundamental Package: Designed for athletes ages 7 to 11, offering two 45-minute sessions per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Train to Win Package: For athletes ages 12 to 14, providing two 1-hour training sessions per week on Mondays and Wednesdays.

  • Train to Dominate Package: Targeted at athletes ages 15 to 18, with four 1-hour training sessions per week.

PPRx Performance has a proven track record of improving strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, sports-specific skills, coordination, and balance.
